How long does it take to finish a website?

The period of time it takes to create a fully functional website is based on several factors. Custom design phase can take anywhere from 1 – 3 weeks and the development phase requires an additional 1 – 5 weeks, depending on the number of pages, and the functionality required. If you have a deadline, we will work to meet it.

How is the cost of a new website determined?

The cost is based on the package selected, the complexity of functionality of the website, the size of the website, and the need for marketing support such as SEO, content writing, and social media integration. Every project is unique and we try to make sure our pricing is based on your specific needs.

Do I need to have all my content prepared prior to contacting you?

No. We can get started by using placeholder content while you work towards completing your content. We’ll even provide you with a content outline to follow to make things easier. This gives you guidance on the type of text and images that would perform best on your website.

Will we need to have a meeting to discuss the website's design?

Most of the time, a meeting isn’t necessary and the work is completed with only discussions over phone and email. We upload our work to private websites that only clients can access. We then work with you to discuss the site and review changes. The site isn’t made available to the public until it looks and works exactly as you wish.

Once my website design is completed, what service do you offer?

We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require new enhancements.

What services do you provide?

We offers a wide variety of graphic design services packages including graphic designing, logo design, branding, illustrations, graphics for websites, direct mail design, marketing material design, and any other that you may require.

How will I receive the finished design?

At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

How long will it take to get my design?

Period of time that takes to finish is vary based on the project and client. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and communication.

What is the client’s involvement in the design process?

We listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues.

I need something designing immediately, is this possible?

Sometimes customers require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge on the flat hourly rate.

Worldstream suggests Thursday 8 am the optimal time while Mailchimp says that the right time to send messages is 2pm-5pm on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays
